Do I need to provide water or electricity?

No. Our mobile detailing van is equipped with its own water and power, so you don't need to provide anything. If you're comfortable allowing us to use an available power outlet, we'd be happy to do so — it helps reduce fuel consumption and makes the service a little more environmentally friendly.

Do you charge a travel fee?

No. Anywhere we serve, the price you see is the price you pay — there is no travel fee, no fuel surcharge, and nothing added at the door. Several detailers in Metro Vancouver charge between $25 and $50 for this and mostly don't mention it until you're on the phone.

Where do you provide mobile detailing?

We come directly to your location. We can detail your vehicle at your home, office, workplace, or another suitable location within our service area.
