What we collect

When you request a booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and service location. That's it. We collect it because we cannot detail a car without knowing where it is and how to reach you.

If you use the instant price tool without submitting it, your selections are stored in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

What we do with it

We use your details to confirm your appointment, show up at the right place, and follow up afterwards. We may text you once after the job to ask how it went and, if it went well, to ask for a review.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the business.

Analytics

We use standard website analytics to see which pages people use and where our booking flow loses people. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we respect it.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Everything else is deleted after two years of no contact. Ask us to delete your records at any time and we will, apart from what we're legally required to keep.
